Delaney
This is our take on the classic Boulevardier, but made here with Scotch instead of Bourbon or Rye Whiskey.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Fior Scotch
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
1 Orange Twist (for garnish)
Add the Fior, Vermouth, and Campari to a cocktail shaker with ice and gently shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
Chappie
This is a spin on the the IBA official paper plane cocktail.
Ingredients
1 oz Fior Scotch
1 oz Amaro
1 oz Aperol
1 oz Lemon Juice
Add the Fior, Amaro, Aperol, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled glass and serve neat.
Roscoe
Ingredients
2 oz Fior Scotch
0.5 oz Cointreau Orange Liquer
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
Lime wedge garnish
Add the Fior, Cointreau, Pineapple juice, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice and gently shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Peterson
Ingredients
1 oz Fior Scotch
4.5 oz Cold Brew Coffee
To make, add the Fior to the coffee and pour over crushed ice in a mason jar. No muddling. No garnish. No straw. Marines don’t have time for that.
